Embedded deep in the Alpes Liechtenstein is mainly mountainous, and has the Rhine river flowing along the Swiss border. It's no lie to call this micro-nation a nature wonderland.

Roughly 85% of the entire population is Christian, especially the Vaduz Cathedral is worth a visit.

Vaduz Cathedral

Vaduz, the capital city of Liechtenstein, is a clean, well-designed and art-filled town. The architectural lines that runs through the main street are unmistakable. This is also the place to pick up a souvenir before heading towards your next destination.

Liechtenstein has no airports. Access by public transport is by local bus from Switzerland. But renting a car for your Liechtenstein visit is preferable, as a road trip through this beautiful nation is worthwhile.
